Nå deler vi våre mest verdifulle erfaringer med deg..Da vi begynte å bygge nettsider i Webflow for fire år siden, hadde vi veldig mange antakelser, ingen peiling eller anelse om hva vi holdt på med. Noen antagelser viste seg å være riktige, og andre var feil. Underveis har vi både lært gjennom suksess, feil og utfordringer. Nå deler vi våre mest verdifulle erfaringer med deg gjennom historier og konkrete eksempler som vi håper vil inspirere deg. 1. Målet med nettsiden er helt avgjørende«Hva ønsker du egentlig å oppnå med nettsiden?» er spørsmålet vi alltid stiller kundene først. Mange spør om en ny logo, men trenger egentlig flere konverteringer og leads. Selv om spørsmålet virker enkelt, gir kundene ofte uklare svar. Vi har flere nevneverdige prosjekter vi har jobbet med som hadde veldig fin og polert nettside, men som ikke klarte å øke antallet konverteringer på nettsiden sin. Først da vi satte et tydelig mål om å øke henvendelsene, ble nettsiden en suksesshistorie. En visuelt imponerende nettside er ikke nødvendigvis en god nettside. Det som virkelig teller er hva den skaper. Flere kunder, flere henvendelser og tydelige resultater. Derfor jobber vi i grensesnittet mellom design og forretningsutvikling. Fordi en nettside uten mål og mening er bare pynt. Og vi lager ikke pynt, vi lager verktøy for vekst.‍2. Hvorfor Webflow ble vår favorittplattform for nettsider Vi har testet mange ulike plattformer som Wix, Squarespace, WordPress og Framer. Likevel havnet vi alltid tilbake på Webflow. Grunnen er plattformens unike kombinasjon av fleksibilitet og skalerbarhet. Da vi flyttet en kundes nettside fra WordPress til Webflow, økte trafikken med hele 30 prosent, kun på grunn av det nye plattformvalget. Ikke bare kan vi kontrollere at designet er konsist over hele nettsiden, men kundene våre får en mye mer smidigere måte å jobbe på. Kundene kan enkelt redigere tekst, bytte bilde, endre logo og legge ut nye oppdateringer eller artikler. For oss er det samme hvilken leverandør av CMS man bruker, men til syvende og sist skal vi hjelpe våre kunder, få flere kunder og drifte smidigere. Vi fikk mange gode tilbakemeldinger på Webflow, så vi bestemte oss for å gå all in på Webflow. Etter 1 år ble vi sertifiserte Webflow ekspertpartnere, og etter 4 år ble vi Premium partnere. Nå hjelper vi andre å lære hvordan Webflow fungerer, og hvordan man kan bruke Webflow i ulike CMS prosjekter. Webflow gir også en fordel når det gjelder SEO og hastighet, og vi ser at stadig flere selskaper velger Webflow som sin hovedplattform for nettsideutvikling. Enten det er for å bygge en enkel landingsside eller en avansert nettbutikk, er Webflow et kraftig verktøy. ‍3. Hvordan dårlig design kostet oss kunderEn perfekt designet nettside, flotte bilder, flotte fonter og kule animasjoner ser kanskje bra ut, men konverterer den faktisk besøkende til kunder? Det var en lekse vi måtte gjennom da vi fant ut at vår "perfekte" nettside gjorde det vanskelig for besøkende å navigere og finne relevant informasjon. Ved hjelp av heatmaps og analyseverktøy så vi at besøkende forlot nettsiden raskt, og bounce raten var høy. Etter å ha fjernet distraherende elementer og fokusert på en tydelig, enkel og gjennomtenkt sidearkitektur og navigasjon, økte konverteringsraten betraktelig. Det er superviktig å ha en tydelig plan, gjennomtenkt design og et klart mål. Design handler ikke bare om estetikk, men om funksjon og effektivitet. Bilder spiller en stor rolle i formidlingen av budskap. Her har Webflow også hjulpet oss og vi kan raskt justere design og struktur basert på sanntidsdata.‍4. Sidearkitektur som faktisk fungererSom de aller fleste av oss, har vi vært på IKEA og endt opp med langt mer enn vi planla å kjøpe. Det er ikke tilfeldig hvor varer er plassert, men det er en strukturert plan bak alt. Dette er kjent som Gruen-effekten. Vi undersøkte om denne effekten kunne brukes på internett, og fant faktisk ut at det motsatte gjelder. Folk på nett ønsker klarhet, enkelhet og rask navigasjon. Inspirert av selskaper som Amazon og HubSpot, begynte vi å strukturere nettsidene våre slik at besøkende lett kunne finne informasjonen de søkte etter. Resultatet var mer tid brukt på nettsiden og betydelig økning i salg. Nå er det viktig å kjenne kundene sine, hva de ønsker, hva de søker etter og hvorfor. Vet vi det, kan vi bygge en nettside med effektiv design, riktige bilder og tekst tilpasset målgruppen.‍5.
