The investment landscape has shifted. Access to capital is no longer a differentiator. Early stage founders have become far more selective about who they partner with, looking for investors who bring strategic value, brand credibility, and a clear point of view, not just a big cheque.
As a family owned investment company spanning real estate, asset management, art and design, and one of the leading hotel operators in the Nordics, Strawberry Group had the track record, but their digital presence told an outdated story. The old website felt cluttered, difficult to navigate, and nearly impossible for the leadership team to update without external help. It no longer reflected who Strawberry Group had become, or where they were heading.
↳ Opportunity
Working closely with Strawberry Group’s leadership, we set out to reposition the digital brand: from a traditional investment company to a modern, founder-friendly partner with a clear and confident narrative.
We developed a refreshed digital identity with new typography and a refined color palette, brought to life through a flexible design system and modulare CMS, built for clarity and scale.
At the heart of the new experience is a distinctive dot motif. With over 120 companies in the Strawberry ecosystem, each dot represents a portfolio company, turning an abstract group structure into a tangible, visual universe that communicates breadth, momentum, and possibility at a glance.
Lead qualification was reimagined to feel more human and conversational. Instead of a single static form, we designed a multi-step flow that asks smarter, more contextual questions, creating a smoother experience for founders while giving Strawberry richer, higher-quality data.
Under the hood, we implemented a modern content infrastructure that hands control back to the team. Portfolio companies, testimonials, copy, and imagery can now be updated in minutes, not weeks, enabling Strawberry Group to continuously refine how they present themselves to the market.

Strawberry Group now has a digital presence that matches the scale and ambition of their portfolio, a site that strengthens their narrative, showcases their ecosystem, and positions them as a thoughtful, long-term partner for founders.
