As a Brand Designer at ish.studio, you’ll be a key part of our creative team

ish.studio is a design and development studio that creates premium websites for B2B companies. As a Webflow Premium Partner based in Oslo, we work at the intersection of business development, websites, and growth.

As a Brand Designer at ish.studio, you’ll be a key part of our creative team — turning strong concepts into sharp, high-quality design work across brand identity and visual systems. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves making. You’ll work closely with our team to take creative direction, develop it properly, and execute it to a very high standard across multiple touchpoints.

You won’t need to be the person coming up with every big idea from scratch — but you will need to be the person who knows how to bring those ideas to life with taste and consistency. We’re looking for someone with solid design fundamentals, a sharp eye for layout and typography, and the ability to build polished, cohesive brand systems. This role is ideal for someone who is highly proficient in brand design and takes real pride in execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Conceptualize, design, and deliver cohesive visual brand identities for B2B clients, including logo systems, color palettes, typography, and brand guidelines.
  • Create creative assets — from image direction and patterns to graphic elements — and translate them into a flexible visual system that can be used across all relevant touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with our web design and development team to ensure brand consistency across websites, campaigns, and digital touchpoints.
  • Translate business objectives and client briefs into compelling creative concepts, iterating based on feedback and strategic direction.
  • Build polished presentations and decks in Figma that communicate ideas clearly, confidently, and with impact.
  • Prepare clean, accurate files for internal handover, client presentation, or external production.
  • Maintain and evolve existing brand systems, ensuring consistency and quality across all channels and formats.

What You Should Have

  • Professional experience in brand design, visual identity, or a related discipline.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end brand identity work — from concept through to final deliverables.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • A sharp eye for typography, layout, color theory, and detail.
  • Experience working with B2B companies is a strong plus.
  • The ability to work independently, manage your own time, and communicate directly with stakeholders.
  • Comfort working remotely and asynchronously with a distributed team.
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance design workflows — such as Flora, Midjourney, Claude, or similar.
  • Experience creating design systems or comprehensive brand guideline documents.

Nice to Have

  • Ability to develop animations, motion graphics, and 3D visuals that bring brand stories to life.
  • Experience with motion design or animation tools such as After Effects or Lottie.
  • Familiarity with 3D tools like Blender or Cinema 4D.
  • Understanding of web design principles and how brand systems translate to digital products.
