ish.studio is a design and development studio that creates premium websites for B2B companies. As a Webflow Premium Partner based in Oslo, we work at the intersection of business development, websites, and growth.
We’re looking for a Freelance Senior Web Designer who truly understands how enterprise marketing websites work. This is a pure design role — you won’t be building in Webflow. But you need to understand how it works, because everything you design will be built in it.
Enterprise marketing pages aren’t just about looking good. Some sections are high-impact, visually rich moments with motion designed to impress. Others are practical, drag-and-drop components that marketing teams need to use themselves — updating copy, swapping images, launching new campaigns without waiting on a designer or developer. The balance between these two is critical, and we need someone who gets that instinctively.
What makes this role senior is the standard of work. We need someone who delivers exceptional craft and can confidently take ownership of a project — someone who understands layout, hierarchy, and typography at a deep level. You should be designing with Webflow in mind, understanding the browser’s limitations and opportunities, and delivering files that translate cleanly into components, CMS pages, and sections that marketers can utilise.
What You’ll Do
- Design high-performing enterprise marketing websites that align with brand identities and client objectives — from wireframes and mockups through to polished, developer-ready pages.
- Design both visually rich sections with motion and practical, drag-and-drop marketing components that clients can utilise and manage themselves in Webflow.
- Work within our pre-built design system in Figma, structured for a Lumos framework handover to our development team.
- Design interactive sections, reusable marketing modules, and content blocks with a clear understanding of what marketers need to update on their own.
- Collaborate closely with our Webflow developers to ensure designs are buildable, scalable, and true to your intent.
- Create wireframes and mockups to visualise design concepts and user flows before moving to high fidelity.
- Apply best practices in UI/UX, ensuring every site is both visually compelling and easy to use.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, working through revisions efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Prepare clean, well-organised Figma files with consistent naming, spacing, and structure for smooth developer handover.
What You Should Have
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in web design, preferably in a studio or agency setting.
- A strong portfolio showcasing cutting-edge web design that converts — with a clear understanding of enterprise marketing pages.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout, components, and variables.
- Experience working with design systems — fluent in how variables and components work at scale.
- A deep understanding of responsive design and how the browser works, its limitations and opportunities.
- Strong command of typography, layout, spacing, colour, and visual hierarchy.
- The ability to work autonomously — taking a brief and delivering polished, presentation-ready work with minimal oversight.
- An understanding of how designs translate to Webflow — thinking in components, CMS structure, and what’s buildable.
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal — you can explain your design decisions and contribute to team discussions.
- Experience working with B2B companies is a strong plus.
- Comfort working remotely and asynchronously with a distributed team.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance design workflows — such as Flora, Midjourney, Claude, or similar.
Nice to Have
- Experience or familiarity with HTML/CSS and how it relates to what you design.
- Experience with motion design or the ability to communicate animation intent through design specs or prototypes in any motion tool.
- A good understanding of easings, timing, and motion hand-off to developers.
- A background in brand design or visual identity work.

If you find yourself short on any of the above, don’t be afraid to get in touch. We value continuous learning and ability more than any set list of must-haves — and we’d love to talk to you.
If we don’t get back to you, please don’t feel discouraged. We often receive more applications than we can handle, but we’ll do our best to respond to everyone.
